Our Team

Robb Pope
_{Founder / Executive Director}

Robb Pope founded Digital Ambiance after 5 years of concert touring as a lighting designer and video engineer. Recognizing the growing market for innovative lighting, projection, and interactive technologies, he put together a team of artists and engineers to design and build the architectural installations that Digital Ambiance is now known for.

Omer Yosef
_{Managing Partner / Creative Director}

Omer is a Ucla trained artist and designer with a focus in new media and concept design. His professional background in production design mixed with his love for art discourse and storytelling led him to Digital Ambiance. Omer has directed large-scale public art projects, permanent immersive installations, and touring stage features.

Santiago Tron
_{Senior Project Manager & Technical} _Designer

With more than 10 years of experience, Santiago is a prolific producer in different fields, ranging from Multimedia Installations to Feature Films. Apart from Multimedia Installations, Santiago has been working as a producer and executive producer of audiovisual projects for more than 7 years. In this time he has been involved with some of the biggest names in the industry, producing everything from marketing spots to feature films.

Kari McCullough
_{Operations Manager}

As Digital Ambiance’s Operations Manager, Kari brings over 10 years of team management and 15 years in the creative arts. With nearly two years at the company, she’s optimized operations, enhanced productivity, and fostered a collaborative culture. Kari’s unique blend of creativity and operational expertise drives Digital Ambiance’s success through artistic innovation and operational excellence.

Kendrick Feller
_{Creative Technology Lead}

Kendrick is driven by a desire to solve puzzles from the fundamentals of physics, to the complex issues facing environmental sustainability, to the future of computer vision and machine learning. His background in the hard sciences gives him experience in math, statistics, programming, laboratory techniques, and data collection. He applies these skills to create code, content, hardware systems, and U/X for tech-forward installations.

Matthew Wygal
_{Systems Engineer}

Matt has been working with dynamic lighting and complex LED systems for most of his career. With an advanced level of expertise in how to design, engineer, and build immersive visual systems he has become integral to the work we do at Digital Ambiance. Performing as both a technical project manager and engineer, Matt is well suited to oversee the design and the execution of our most complex installations.

Ege Dogan
_{Computational Design Lead}

Ege became interested in art and design as a child and has been following this passion for decades. In 2014 he started his study at METU, Architecture Department. Graduated in 2019. He did his master’s in M.Arch program at METU and finished it in 2023. Ege is a practicing architect specializing in parametric design, computational design, and fabrication technologies.

Rihn Hong
_{Mechanical Engineer}

Rihn is a maker who turns ideas into interactive experiences. With a Mechanical Engineering and Comparative Media Studies background from MIT, they thrive at the intersection of design, technology, and play. From kinetic sculptures to immersive installations, Rihn brings curiosity, precision, and a love for the unexpected. Outside the studio, they spin fire, climb ropes, and experiment with wild fermentation, always exploring new ways to engage the senses.

Kyle Meredith
_{Lead Software Developer}

Kyle Meredith (Prismatic) is a visual artist, creative coder, and software engineer in San Francisco, CA. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Middlebury College in 2019 with a BA in Computer Science. Specializing in real-time, interactive visuals, he creates custom-coded installations, music animations, and live visuals for concerts and festivals. Inspired by math and nature, he builds complex visual systems based on natural patterns.

Eben Berg
_{Client Manager}

Eben is an award-winning, multidisciplinary designer with over seven years of experience in art direction, product design, and experiential design. He brings complex ideas to life with attention to detail, empathy, and creative thinking. His notable projects include the San Francisco Ferry Building, Transamerica Tower, Netflix HQ, Google campus installations, and exhibits at SF MOMA.
