At Digital Ambiance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for products purchased through our online store.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all included hardware and accessories.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom, made-to-order, or specially configured products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
How to start a return
To begin a return, email us at orders@digitalambiance.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions and a return authorization. Please do not send items back before receiving return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@digitalambiance.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement.
